- Doctors & Healthcare Outreach Program
At Life Beyond Screens, we recognize that today’s healthcare professionals are witnessing firsthand the physical, psychological, and behavioral effects of digital overuse. From patients presenting with eye fatigue and chronic neck pain to children struggling with attention issues and disrupted sleep, the digital lifestyle is reshaping the health landscape.
Our Doctors & Healthcare Outreach Program has been created to empower the medical community with evidence-based knowledge, practical tools, and ready-to-use resources to address this emerging public health concern. Through close collaboration with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, we aim to foster a preventive approach to digital health—helping clinicians integrate digital wellness counseling into their daily practice.
Program Components:
- Patient Education Materials: Professionally designed brochures and digital guides on topics like digital eye strain, 'tech neck' posture correction, improving sleep hygiene, and managing digital-induced anxiety, which can be distributed in clinics.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): We develop and offer accredited sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the clinical aspects of digital wellness, helping them stay current on this emerging health crisis.
- Community Health Talks: Expert-led awareness sessions in hospitals and clinics, offering evidence-based strategies for reducing screen-related health risks, improving mental well-being, and balancing technology use.
- Education on Non-Ionizing Radiation (NIR): We provide up-to-date information on the potential health effects of NIR from digital devices. Our materials help clinicians discuss best practices with patients for minimizing exposure and making informed choices about technology use.
Through this program, Life Beyond Screen strives to empower healthcare professionals to guide patients toward a balanced, mindful, and healthier digital lifestyle — redefining wellness in the connected age.
